Anna Witulska

I search for new constructions and solutions, drawing on the aesthetics of the past as well as what I feel and what I want others to feel.

My Passions...

It all began with analyzing wardrobes in movies and TV series, asking myself: “What does this styling say about this specific moment?” From there, my interest deepened, and I started delving into the history of fashion, discovering my favorite decades and trends along the way. Fashion history has taught me that clothing is always a reflection of history—not just the story of an individual, but of society as a whole.
I initially planned to settle for keeping my passion strictly as a hobby, but I simply couldn’t. Currently, I am designing and exploring my potential in this field. At the same time, I am continuously learning how to sew, which allows me to bring my visions to life. In the future, I want to pursue costume design and tell stories through my creations.

Developing my skills and seeking out fresh perspectives on the creative process are incredibly important to me. I love immersing myself in fictional worlds, and my goal is to highlight their extraordinary nature and distinct character through my designs.

Driven by my love for the ’70s and the lack of such clothes on the Polish market, I design and sew them myself—mostly using natural or second-hand materials. If this is your vibe, you will definitely find something for yourself in my portfolio!

My Philosophy:

“Fashion is not something that exists in dresses only. Fashion is in the sky, in the street; fashion has to do with ideas, the way we live, what is happening.” – Coco Chanel
