I am a visual artist, painter, and muralist. In my work, I am primarily interested in color, form, and the relationships between the elements of an image.
I simplify representations and develop my own way of portraying the world.
I often use the human figure as a sign of presence and an element of a larger composition. I combine painting with murals, drawing, and other artistic activities.
My passion is creating, experimenting, and searching for my own visual language. I am interested not only in the final result but also in the very process of creating an image—testing new solutions, juxtaposing colors, simplifying forms, and discovering unexpected possibilities.
I also create my own techniques and working methods, which allow me to develop new ideas.
Murals and artistic projects carried out outside the studio are also an important part of my work. I conduct workshops for children and youth, during which my main priority is for participants to experiment freely and discover that creating can be a pleasure and a way of self-expression.
Diligence, growth, and curiosity about new possibilities are important to me. I want to consistently develop my own visual language, but at the same time remain open to experimentation and chance, which often become part of the creative process.
The audience is also important to me. I want my works to evoke positive emotions and leave room for personal interpretation. In my work with children and youth, however, I focus on imparting knowledge in a relaxed way that encourages independent creation.
I want to help others discover that they too can enjoy art and find pleasure in the creative process.
“It took me four years to paint like Raphael, but a lifetime to paint like a child.” – Pablo Picasso
