Take part in the international Creative Europe project – Transforming passion into profit as part of the Erasmus+ programme and build your personal brand on European markets!

The project combines education, practical experience and mentoring, focusing on what is crucial for creators: visibility, monetisation and long-term career development.

Are you wondering if this is for you? Our project is aimed at:

  • artists, designers, illustrators, creators and freelancers from the creative sector,
  • students of art colleges and creative fields who want to prepare for entering the job market or develop their own business,
  • people who want to acquire business and digital skills necessary to function in the creative industry,
  • creators thinking about developing their careers internationally.

The project is open to both those at the beginning of their professional careers and those who are already working but want to organise and strengthen their development strategy.

Why should you sign up?

  • you will receive six months of support from experts and mentors working in the creative and business industries
  • you will take part in international creative workshops, meet interesting people and discover new perspectives (the workshops will be conducted in English)
  • You will learn how to work with your talents through individual career mentoring (PL/EN) tailored to your situation and goals
  • you will receive practical tools for developing your creative career and develop your own action plan for developing your personal brand.

The workshops will be held in the welcoming spaces of the University of Arts in Poznań. Participation is determined by the order of registration. The number of places is limited.

How do we work at Creative Europe? Effectively!

  • the most effective form: workshops + knowledge + practice + mentoring
  • workshops conducted in cooperation with partners from the Netherlands and Italy, focusing on practical aspects of working in the creative industry: branding, marketing, entrepreneurship, working in an international environment.
  • each project participant will be covered by an individual mentoring programme, 1:1 sessions with experienced experts.
  • working on an individual career development path, developing specific tools, strategies and models tailored to the participant's profile (e.g. personal brand, sales, communication, portfolio development, entering new markets)

  • MyCulture (Italy) – an organisation operating in the field of education, culture and social entrepreneurship, supporting creators in the development of professional skills and international cooperation. associazionemyculture.org
  • Magdalena Abakanowicz University of Fine Arts in Poznań (UAP) – project partner, supporting educational and recruitment activities and connecting the project with the academic community and art students. uap.edu.pl

Thanks to this cooperation, project participants gain access to international knowledge, different perspectives and real contacts in the European creative sector.
